The ‘Playoff’ 13s from Michael Jordan’s last title get their first retro treatment later this month.

Fresh off another big All-Star weekend for Team Jordan, let’s go back in time to the 1998 All-Star game. Michael Jordan took home the game’s MVP award after notching an impressive 23-point, 6-rebound and 8-dime performance. He also debuted a new black/true red-white colorway of the Air Jordan XIII.

The mighty Air Jordan 3 receives a special Doernbecher make up, scheduled for a November 2010 release. The uppers feature a strong Varsity Red with monochrome cement print details and a uniquely patterned print over the side panels. Hits of black and silver complement the red, while an ice sole completes the package.

Now I have been following this kid and his blog for many years now and is probably one of the reasons why I began blogging too. Russell ‘Diggy’ Simmons, known from Runs house has finally released his own sneaker line.

The sneakers are only available in the US, they are called The Chivalrous Culture.

You know that they look crazy, its something I may even rock form time to time, they remind me of the Supra collection that is currently out and is blowing up in the UK, even though people jump on they hype so so late!!!

The Puma by Hussein Chalayan Fall/Winter 2010 Collection, which is without a doubt the most interesting offering currently, from the German footwear brand. The sneaker comes with two velcro straps in an all black premium leather version. It features the Puma logo embossed on the tongue. The ankle padding comes in patent leather and the Puma stripe logo is basically invisible on the side-panels. The sneaker is now available from Soto.

With the US holiday season not too far away, Nike has released their kicks that they will be pushing throughout the US.

We can preview some more releases from the Nike Holiday 2010 Collection. The Air 180 comes in a new black/purple/mud colorway. The Dunk Hi premium comes in an all canvas colorway in bordeaux and the All Court comes in a black leather version with white outer sole. All three are now up for pre-order from Crooked Tongues.

DEFO GOING TO BUST THESE OUT WITH A SUIT….

The Vans California Era Wingtip from the Fall 2010 Collection has been released. The low top sneaker comes in several all suede colorways, featuring a tonal wingtip pattern on the upper. The black and light grey versions are now available from all VANS stockists.

After making its debut in 1984, the GL 6000 is back, forming part of Reebok’s fall/winter line. The classic running silhouette features a suede and mesh upper mix and comes in a red, grey and white colorway.

The latest GL 6000, which are a 25th Anniversary edition, will no doubt be admired for its black on black lacing at well-shaped toebox.

I am looking forward to getting a pair of these hooked up!
